Ansys interface

The Ansys interface has new support for update of surface element types TARGE170, CONTA173 and CONTA174 on crack-blocks and split elements when the surfaces are defined with direct element definitions (EBLOCK, EN or E). This caters for files generated in Workbench in which such surfaces are generated using an EBLOCK definition. Previously, support was only available for update of these element types when defined via ESURF or with the presence of a TSHAP option.

The processing of the E option is also improved in this release and now takes account of any NUMSTR,ELEM option.
